Indoor Deeded Parking
The Fitzgerald has converted the former gymnasium and former swimming pool building into an on-site, private indoor parking garage. Secure, deeded parking spaces are available for purchase and are just steps from your door, you don’t even have to walk outside! You will never worry about finding a parking space downtown or brushing snow off your car in the morning.
Green Roof Garden
Outdoor space is at a premium in the City and the Fitzgerald delivers for our residents. The Fitzgerald features a 2,500 square foot park-like outdoor garden and picnic area. Complete with tables and seating, gas grills and even a hot tub, this green roof garden provides a beautiful, tranquil outdoor space for lounging with a good book or hosting a barbeque with friends and neighbors. Don’t forget the spa nestled in the corner for the ultimate relaxation on a cool evening.
Fitness Center
Since the walk from the Fitzgerald to anything downtown is SO short, some of our residents may wish to get more exercise in our state-of-the-art fitness center. Brand-new, commercial-grade treadmills, elliptical and spin bikes along with a universal weight machine and free weights are available for the fitness needs of all our residents. To help extend your workout, a 42” flat-panel cable television hangs from the wall and pivots to be viewed from any corner of the room. Save the cost of a gym membership and work out at home!
Library
The Fitzgerald library is grand and elegant and sure to impress your guests. With multiple seating areas, a wet bar and gas fireplace, the Library is perfect for having cocktails or playing a board game with friends. A selection of interesting books about travel, history, food and business fill the shelves. Free wireless internet is available, so you can avoid a weekend trip to the office or do some on-line shopping.
Storage
Worried about where you will keep all your extra things? Don’t be. Each residence includes one indoor, secure storage space in the lower level of the building. Additional storage spaces are available for purchase.
